Join another club, as you get access to all clubs, and just use one in this franchise if it's closer to you. I'm sure the gym will be great, but I'd encourage any member thinking of joining a facility in the Fort Worth/Tyler, TX franchise to think twice.

The only feeling I received from this "Managing Partner" was that he was all about his employees, he will be more than happy to take your money, but if it comes to anything outside of the "box," or a need for assistance with accommodating anything, you (the client) will be up the TV show (Schitt's Creek.)

Now, if you've ever joined a gym, you know you need the "powers that be" to stand behind their product and assist you with what you were initially told. I asked a number of questions, and all the other gyms in the area had no problem accommodating, but this guy, in one answer, stated that the member is just going to have to take a chance and see what happens. I have the opportunity to meet a man who referred to himself, not by name, but as "A Managing Partner." He boasted of everything he is going to do for his employees, but when I posed questions revolving around accommodating the members, he not only lacked a quick reply but he added erroneous information that held no validity. While Crunch is securing it's name among the low cost, high reward fitness centers, I would highly encourage anyone to join any Crunch facility outside of the Tyler, TX franchise.
